Q: Slow computer;  assistance interpreting EtreCheck results

After completely resetting my Air to factory settings twice, I'm still suffering from slow performance and lag.  I've run EtreCheck but don't have the expertise to interpret it myself---any help will be greatly appreciated! I'm a student, so not having my computer running properly goes beyond being a nuisance.  Thank you in advance!
