Q: Will there be a male 3.5mm to Lightning adapter to use my new lightning headphones?

There is no way to know what will be unless/until Apple or a third party announce.

For technical reasons, I doubt it. Lightning passes through a digital signal. The earbuds, and the included adapter, contain a DAC to convert that signal to analog. A male 3.5mm to Lightning would need to contain an ADC to convert the 3.5mm analog signal back to digital for your Lightning earbuds to convert it back to analog. Your audio file would need to go through a DAC-ADC-DAC sequence. never good for sound quality.
