Q: Horizontal Scrolling Title at the top

Yes, you can do that, but it takes a little tinkering.   The title called "Ticker" creates a right to left scroll on the bottom.  You can use that to create a scroll on the top.   To do it, create a whole new project just to work on the title.  Click on the Backgrounds button and drag a black background into the timeline of the title project.  Then add the Ticker title to it, with the text you want.  Now share the title project to your desktop as a File.   You now have a movie clip of the title.  Drag that clip into your original project in which you intend to use it.  Place it above the time line over the clip you want to use it in.  Select the title clip, and then click on the icon in the toolbar at the top of your screen that looks like overlapping squares.  In the selection box that appears, select Picture in Picture.  Position your title clip at the top of the preview screen so that the scrolling part displays at the top of your clip.  You can push it all the way up even if the black portion goes outside of the screen.  Then click on the Reset button and you will have a right to left scroll at the top of your screen. 

It's a bit awkward, I know.  And you might have to play with it a bit to get it to display the way you want.
