Q: Why does my Iphone 6 not have the option of turning on and off Group Messaging?
I just bought this new phone and I am not able to receive or send group messages. I also looked on line on how to fix it, and my phone does not show an option of turning on group messaging under the settings for messages.
iPhone 6s, iOS 9.3.5

This is a cellular carrier issue.
