Sep 11, 2016 6:43 AM in response to MrsKT4Lby Mytwokids2,HI. I have done the update so be careful because myself, my daughter and other people are having problems charging our iPhones after the update. I was told that we would have to PURCHASE new devices after the updates. Just a heads up.

Sep 11, 2016 1:55 PM in response to Mytwokids2by frazzm737,That is just plain crazy! Countless millions of us have applied the update without ill effects. Have you tried a reset? Hold down both Off/On button and Home button, ignoring the slider, until the Apple logo appears--then release the buttons. You will not lose any data.

Sep 11, 2016 4:50 PM in response to frazzm737by Mytwokids2,I think it's CRAZY too. Hopefully for you and the others no problems will occur, but I have tried the reset and I have even done a factory reset. As I've said, there are a lot of people who are having this problem. I just know that before my daughter and I updated to this new version, we had no problems with our phones charging, then all of a sudden they went crazy with shutting down and not charging while on. Then when it does charge, it only holds it for an hour and a half. If anyone else has any advice about what I can try next, I would love to hear it. Thanks.

Sep 12, 2016 9:13 PM in response to Mytwokids2by Lovellrichie ,I Am having the exact same issues on my iPhone 5s and iPad Air. They will charge but so slowly it would take all day and night to charge. I posted on FB and many, many people are having this issue. It was fine before update. I have reinstalled, rebooted, went to a previous backup, but even when you do the new iOS still gets placed on your device. This ***** so bad because your devices are useless because they charge maybe a 1 percent or a few in an hours time. There is so,etching that happened from this update. Although Apple will never take responsibility.
