Q: Apple Watch 2 or Apple Nike 2?

Apple Watch Nike+ features include the exclusive Nike Sport Band, Nike watch faces (along with the standard Apple Watch watch faces) and closer integration with the Nike+ Run Club app. The Nike watch faces include a permanent complication / shortcut for launching the app.

Otherwise, the models have the same internal hardware features and the same standard features of watchOS 3. The Nike+ Run Club app can also be installed on the other Apple Watch Series 2 models.

iwatch 2 will have better resalable value, the Nike option will be specialist to only runners.

I run and will be using mine for marathons and training using the black nylon strap.
