Sep 10, 2016 9:56 PM in response to DesertRatRby gail from maine,It's an electronic device. Much like a computer, sometimes the on's and off's just get jumbled. It shouldn't happen often, so if you find that you are having to reset because of freezing often, and if it only happens when you use that app, you may want to consider that the issue is with the app rather than the device.
But again, if your device works normally after the reset, and continues to work as expected, then it is nothing to worry about.
Cheers,
GB

Sep 11, 2016 8:40 PM in response to gail from maineby DesertRatR,iOS devices keep log files somewhere under Settings. Its been a while since i had one or the other of my devices at the local Apple store for diagnostics so I can't recall where the files are located. If I can find them they may have a clue about the freeze yesterday.
