Q: Capitalization on Numbers do not work

I need padronize a bunch of names in different capitalizations in one Column. However, it is not working as it should. I'm selecting the cell and the Advanced Options do not appear valid to select.  What might be happening?

    1) make sure the cells are selected you want to change the capitalization of

    2) try the "other" method which is to use the menu item "Format > Font > Capitalization > ... " :

I do not know why the way your first tried doesn't work.   I cannot get it to activate even if I have text (or cells with text) highlighted

    Hi daniel,

It appears that this is only available onec you have double clicked into the cell. I don't have to highlight the word but I can't transform it after just selecting it. Same seems to be true for Menu>Edit>Transformations>Capitalize.

    No joy.

edit: Just saw Wayne's post and it works for me on multiple cells. There are always more than 1 way to do things sometimes more than 2.
