    Hi

If you believe that your Apple ID was compromised, follow the instructions here:

If someone gained unauthorised access to your Apple ID, it may have been as a result of phishing. For future reference, you may find the following resources helpful:

In respect of backups and other solutions for recovering content in the future if your iPhone is lost, stolen or needs to be reset:

    • Consider enabling on iCloud services on your iPhone:
      • Go to: Settings > iCloud > sign in to iCloud and turn on services such as iCloud Contacts, Calendars, Notes, etc.
      • Content will be synced automatically to iCloud (outside of your backups).
      • It can be viewed online via https://www.iCloud.com and also be synced back to a reset or new iPhone by signing in to iCloud and enabling the same settings.

    Thank you for your interest. But my apple ID is not hacked or stolen. I could access my account when this problem occured via my windows pc. Problem is different than you told. My phone has been locked by someone who could be an hacker. I seach some information about this problem on the web. You can read this website that I write below;

    http://appleapple.top/russian-hackers-en-masse-will-block-the-iphone-and-ipad-am ericans-and-extort-money-for-the-activat…

The problem seems complex. I had to reset my device and I can use it as weel. Btw I haven t any icloud storage as premium and additionally, I backed up  my device 5 months ago. As a result, all my memories, photos has been gone. Apple must act something about this issue, many user can affect this..

As explained in the very article you linked to, your device has NOT been hacked.

"The problem described in the blog the developer from Virginia Dmitry Kilishek. Hackers steal account passwords owners of Apple gadgets — the so-called Apple ID and then block the device using the Find My iPhone. After that, the fraudsters send a blocked text message with the offer to transfer that amount to the electronic wallet."

Your AppleID password has been stolen and used to login to your iCloud account in any old web browser and use the remote lock feature of find my iPhone to lock you out.  If you were still able to login, then all that means is whomever else also knows your password did not change it or try to change it. They just logged in and remote locked your device.

But it is your AppleID that was compromised to allow for that remote lock to be Applied.  You need to use a strong password, and keep it absolutely confidential. Ideally, I'd recommend using 2-step verification on your AppleID as well - Frequently asked questions about two-step verification for Apple ID - Apple Support

I switched off find my iphone not to expreince it one more and I have choosen the 2 step verification as you told and waiting 3 days to activate it. But if there was a problem like this. Why don t apple give an new passcode to access my data in order to recover all of them.. Really  It s hard to understand. Supporters only said that you have to reset your device..

It s also my fault as well bacuse I did not back up regularly. Even so apple can do something to protect his custermers I think.

As advised in my previous reply, follow the instructions in this article:

In particular, follow the steps under the heading "How can I gain control of my Apple ID?", which include:

    • Changing your Apple ID password.
    • Setting up two-step verification or two-factor authentication for your Apple ID.

No, Apple doesn't have anything to do with purely local device lock codes. I don't know anyone who would wish them to either. Apple's policy is and always has been that your data and your device are under your control, not theirs. They develop their systems specifically so that they do not have access and cannot alter your local device security settings.

The weak link was your AppleID password, which was either easily guessed, or you somehow allowed to become known to others.

Ok my friend I understood.. I don't wanna apple to access my local device even so they can assist us from my country s apple store where istanbul is. Anyway, I m going to use two step security access  as soon as possible. Also I m gonna strength my apple ID passcode. I m very thankful your comments and interests unless we deal with our thoughts %100
