Basically you will always have whatever content you purchased through Itunes regardless of which country (account) you purchased it on. Problem is you can only log into 1 account at a time so you will only see whatever content you purchased on the account you have logged into. If you have items downloaded onto your device it will still be there but if you delete it then it will revert back to original account.
This is where it gets tricky.....you can stream content easy enough by just logging into whichever account. But if download the content from say the Indian account Itunes locks the ability to download anything from the American account (streaming is fine) for 90 days and vice versa. `
And currently Itunes has no way of merging accounts. You can have content on 2 different accounts but is a little annoying having to switch back and forth. I have resigned myself to slowly repurchase stuff on the Australian account and just leave the content on the American account alone.
