i bought an iphone md654ll/a white..

when i check the imei the phone color is black..

what is the meaning of that discrepancy of color on between the actual iphone 5 which is white, and in the imei checker says that the model should be black?..

What is the color of the back. There is not an iPhone 5 that is considered white.

Sorry, I guess the silver back is considered white, unless you are referring to a 5c. Besides that, those websites that are touted as IMEI checkers are notorious for being incorrect.
