Q: I can't activate after restore !!

Hi everyone !

IPhone 4, iOS 7.1.2

My IPhone was acting crazy after the Home button stopped working, sometimes i get No Service for no reason

Also when i turn it off it takes 3 - 4 hours to turn back on and last time it takes 2 days and wont turn on until i forced it to DFU mode and restore it but the problem is after restoring the activation process stopped to ''Connect To ITunes'' and when i connect it to ITunes it says ''We're Sorry, we are not able to continue with your activation at this time''  and no WiFi options appears

I thought it maybe because of the restoring did not complete so i tried to restore after that but nothing is changing!!

Can anyone help me
