- PC: Windows 7 or later
- iTunes 12.5 or later (free download from www.itunes.com/download)

Sep 13, 2016 9:06 AM in response to Freak_Irish_Sisterby Demo,★HelpfulITunes recognizes her devices just fine. She can connect her iPhone 6 and her iPad Mini 2 with the cable to her MacBook and sync both devices.
This sort of ironic in a way. She never updates through iTunes. She always updates OTA using WiFi. But she never syncs over WiFi. She always uses the cable to connect.

Sep 13, 2016 8:53 AM in response to Demoby Freak_Irish_Sister,I do exactly the same thing! Update iPhone in OTA and use the cable with iTunes for backup, but I don't know for sure if my Mac will sync with my iPhone using iOS 10, that's the doubt...

Sep 13, 2016 9:08 AM in response to Freak_Irish_Sisterby Demo,I understand. My daughter will be in the same boat. Just because it has been working is no guarantee that it will continue.
If she can't sync after updating, I will update the OS on her Mac.
