Sep 13, 2016 1:22 PM in response to cazndaveby ChrisJ4203,Unfortunately, you will need a computer to get it out of Recovery Mode. If you do not have access to one, you can try going to an Apple Store or library. You will have to see if the library allows for iTunes on the computer. You would need the latest version.

We've tried to do the iOS 10 update but it's gone into recovery mode. We've got no access to iTunes as we're away. Any ideas on how we can restore it?
A computer with iTunes on it to restore the phone, there is no other way.
