Q: Recovery mode

We've tried to do the iOS 10 update but it's gone into recovery mode. We've got no access to iTunes as we're away. Any ideas on how we can restore it?

iPhone 6, iOS 8.4.1

Unfortunately, you will need a computer to get it out of Recovery Mode. If you do not have access to one, you can try going to an Apple Store or library. You will have to see if the library allows for iTunes on the computer. You would need the latest version.

A computer with iTunes on it to restore the phone, there is no other way.

You should ask for friends or family's PC or Mac for restoring back to iOS 10.This bug only affected people who updated within the 1st hour of iOS 10 relesase
