Q: I cannot connect my bluetooth earphones on macOS / Macbook Pro Retina

Hello,

I cannot connect my bluetooth earphones ( Bose SoundSport Earphones ) on macOS / Macbook Pro Retina. When I look for them on the bluetooth search list, I can find and pair and even though it says its connected, It does not show up on the sound output source list. Can someone please help me set it up?

Hey rashidansari,

After reading your post it looks like you are able to pair your Bluetooth headset to the Mac but it isn't showing up correctly. This article may be able to help you with that.
