Q: Need help restoring mail from back up

I accidentally deleted a folder of emails, and because it was IMAP it disappeared from the webmail server too.  I have managed, through time machine, to find the folder and the missing messages are now in my library.  How do I now get them back in my Mail?  Thank you.
