Sep 14, 2016 12:44 AM in response to amandalove200by Ingo2711,Did you already try to force restart the phone by holding the sleep and home button for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again. You will not lose data.
Plugging the headphones in and out a couple of times might also get you out of headphone mode.
In case this does not work, set it back to factory settings, without using the latest backup. Test the phone. If it works, restore from the backup.
