Anything that purports to clean, protect, optimize, purge, or otherwise maintain your Mac would be suspect.
This program will show you what you have loaded. It will not directly tell you what is causing the problem.
You can also see if it might be third-party software by booting into Safe Mode. However, Safe Mode is somewhat clunky and things just don't work, so it may not be obvious that it is working better.

Sep 14, 2016 4:39 AM in response to LucoBrasiby Yamic,After the update I turned on my Mac and after I put my password it start lagging, the cursor turns into a beach ball and although it can be move I can't click on anything nor open the finder or any other app. I have to force the turn off because I can't even turn it off from the apple menu

Yes, you can. It might not be as helpful as the listed items will likely be not loaded, but it would still show what is there.

Sep 14, 2016 3:26 PM in response to Yamicby mioumiou,I updated my early 2011 Macbook Pro this morning, and it turned off by itself soon after. It just displays a gray screen with horizontal gray lines now. I'm rebooting for the 2nd time.
