Mac App StoreWhat you were missing was the Hardware section but it's in the second report. The first report was also missing RAM info such as how much was being used etc. I've never seen EtreCheck reports like the ones you've posted. The second report is still missing the disk info.
Something is seriously amiss with your Mac. I don't know at this point whether the SSD is marginal, the logic board is possibly failing, etc.
Someone else will have to take a look.

Sep 16, 2016 2:45 AM in response to CTby charles of the north,Hi, I've been into the apple store and the issue has been found out.
Initially they said that because it was still slow in Safe Mode, that it could only be a hardware problem.
Secondly they said that they identified that with a few mac's from my mac's build date had a faulty hard drive cable, so they decided that they would run a diagnostics check and see if the fault lay there, the diagnostics came back saying there was an error in the hard drive area, which could either mean the SSD or the cable were at fault, the replaced the hard drive cable free of charge and in under 5 minutes, but unfortunately it didn't fix the problem.
The hard drive has failed and because it is an SSD it failed very rapidly. So now i'm copying what i can from that hard drive and making a clone so that i can boot up my mac until i get a replacement SSD from samsung since it is still under warranty.
Thanks for all your help, and I hope this thread helps someone with a similar problem in the future.

Mac App StoreThanks for the update. I suspected it was the HD. Hopefully the next one will last a bit longer.
