Sep 14, 2016 7:51 AM in response to zinacefby MC7316,Hi, Zinacef. I have restarted the computer. I have signed in and out of the app. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app on the PC. I have deleted all the folders it set up for the download (it just puts them right back). It seems like Apple doesnt want you to stop once you start. mind boggling.
