Q: Problem with restoring "security questions" in AppleID - my money leaves from Credit Card after that
Hello Support team,
When I tried to restore "security questions" in AppleID, the system provide to enter Credit Cart information for confirming that I'm owner of account (AppleID).
I entered information from my Credit Card (there was the message that any payments will not be made - only for checking info).
But system shows me messages that "Expires date" of my card is wrong (but it's right on 100%).
It was repeated 10 times.
After that I checked my Credit Card and saw that it was 10 payments from my Card to "ITUNES.COM/BILL, ITUNES.COM" - every payment equals to 1$.
After that I changed that Credit Card to another and one more payment was done to "ITUNES.COM/BILL, ITUNES.COM", but I have nothing bought in Apple Store today.
Please, check this situation and return money to my Credit Card.
