Sep 14, 2016 11:28 AM in response to jmcintyre005by Skydiver119,Has it just started or has it been doing this a while? It could be possible that Apple isn't doing auto updates at the moment to help with bandwidth for all the iOS 10 updates going on.

Sep 14, 2016 11:38 AM in response to jmcintyre005by Diana.McCall,I've noticed that when a new iOS comes out, there are new T&C to be accepted. You cannot use iTunes, including the app store, until that's done. So automatic updates cannot occur. You need to open the app store, go to updates and request one. It will require you to accept the new conditions, then all should be back to normal.

Sep 14, 2016 11:44 AM in response to jmcintyre005by Skydiver119,But it could be linked to the terms issue. See if what Diane suggested helps, sign into the app store and see if they work.

Sep 14, 2016 12:24 PM in response to Skydiver119by jmcintyre005,UNfortuntely I have always accepted the T&Cs so I don't think it's related to that. Any other ideas? Thanks

Sep 14, 2016 12:49 PM in response to jmcintyre005by Diana.McCall,Have you tried opening the app store and doing an update manually? That would remove any question. Otherwise, is your device storage almost full? That could prevent updates.

Sep 14, 2016 1:06 PM in response to Diana.McCallby jmcintyre005,They update manually fine and I have plenty of storage. It just seems to be he automatic download option isn't working even though I have it on. i don't seem to have any problem updating manually or downloading new apps, just the auto updates.

Sep 15, 2016 7:17 PM in response to jmcintyre005by Pisetb,I have this problem after IOS 10. So I think it might be T&C issues or apple limited bandwidth for auto update for a while. Anyhow, I do have this problem on both iPhone 6.
If anyone have any more information please share.
Thanks,
