Sep 14, 2016 1:31 PM in response to lynnfromdunsheltby deggie,Yes, the Watch can hold music that you have ripped or purchase from the Apple Store, Amazon, etc. that is in your Library. It cannot use the streaming Apple Music subscription without the iPhone.

Sep 14, 2016 1:37 PM in response to lynnfromdunsheltby Phil0124,You cannot do anything without an iPhone, you cannot even set up the watch without an iPhone.
For the strava strap, you need the iPhone to download and install the Strava App on the watch.
Beyond that, all questions relating to the Strava strap would be better answered by Strava themselves.
