Sep 14, 2016 1:52 PM in response to appleeaby Kenichi Watanabe,If your iPhone won't start up properly after trying to restart it, you may need to do a Restore on it using iTunes. This erases the iPhone. Hopefully, you created a recent backup before applying the major iOS upgrade.
Since you cannot start up the iPhone normally, you can use Recovery Mode
