Q: 2 artists one name!

Hey hello. At first I want to say that I have no idea if that's a good place for that question, but here we go.

I am having an issue with Apple Music service - label got my music published, but iTunes put me together with different artist as one (we have the same name). And by that I mean we appear as one artist in iTunes preview, our music is mixed, and it looks like our albums are, well, corporate - and that's not true. I was talking to an Apple support, they said I have to contact developer service - but my music is published by label, not by me, and I don't own a developer account (I assume it's necessary to have one if you want to contact developer support). I would really like to know what to do with that.
