Q: 10.11.4 Loading Bar Flicker at Boot

Afternoon all, I have recently purchased a late 2015 27" iMac to replace my ageing 2012 model. Delivered last week and within a few hours of being powered on Bluetooth stopped working, the 'bluetooth not available' issue and I noticed on booting that the loading bar for the internal SSD would load a third of the way before flicking on/off with a black screen until I was at my account logon. Called Apple support (which were great) and they advised a return/replacement as issue was considered by them to be happening right out of the box and through testing we could not determine if issue was software / hardware related.

Now, replacement iMac delivered this morning (UPS are not the fastest), booted up and all seems to be fine, not loading bar flicker, bluetooth on the money. Started copying my files back (not restore) and then completed the detected updates including 10.11.4, guess what issues have returned (bluetooth resolved after a reboot).

I can't see me having two defective units in a row so I believe the issue is due to 10.11.4. Has anyone else had similar issues with the following build of Mac before I have another support call with Apple?

27" Late 2015 Model

3.2Ghz i5

32GB RAM (upgraded with Critical RAM)

256GB SSD

iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, Late 2015), OS X El Capitan (10.11.4), 3.2Ghz i5, 256GB SSD, 256GB SSD TB
