Q: Faces on Mac Photos, No longer searchable on iPhone iOS10?

Before I was able to search the faces I setup on Mac Photos on my iPhone by clicking on the search in the upper right. If I typed a name in the iPhone photos search it would bring up all the faces I created in Photos for Mac.

 

But since updating to iOS 10, this no longer works. It will search the meta data I setup still, but it no longer searches for people. Is this because the new photos app uses the new People option in Albums?

 

I was hoping they would have did more syncing with both apps and people when I heard of the people option coming to the iPhone photos app.

    You need to wait until the next OS X Sierra and Photos release - right now only the IOS portion of updates has been released - hopefully with the next OS release for the Mac the rest of the equation will be completed - until that happens no one really know or can discuss
