Sep 15, 2016 1:18 AM in response to Llallyby tarasfrommiami,here's what I did to solve my problem. first of all u must to downgrade to the latest version of iOS 9 (my version was 9.3.5 which was the version I last backed up) and then the iCloud restore complete successfully. After that u must backup your phone using iTunes , then u just update again to ios10 and use your local backup !

Sep 19, 2016 2:10 AM in response to montyfromcharlotteby tarasfrommiami,Apple is still allowing iOS 9 restores, but this wont last forever. I did this by downloading the IPSW of that iOS version and then restoring it into my iPhone with iTunes
