Q: imessage on ios 10

Hi everybody.

After upgrade ios 10, i use imessage very ok.

But i remove sim, and put it to iphone afterthat.

Now i can't active imassage and facetime when use phone number.

Please help me.

If your phone number is still the same, did you already try to force restart the phone by holding the sleep and home button for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again? you will not lose data by doing that.

It is not working on my phone.
