Try force restarting your watch: press and hold down both buttons for at least 10 seconds, until you see the Apple logo.
If the display remains the same, I'm afraid that you will need to contact Apple Support or make a Genius Bar reservation for assistance:

Go to watch setting on iPhone unpair wafch then pair again
Then start again .
