Q: VVM not showing who called

On at&t and fresh install of ios 10. When I get a voicemail, I go into the phone app and voicemail tab. Voicemail is there but blank as far as who it's from. If I open the voicemail, it'll try to transcribe the voicemail and close. I open it again and then it shows who it's from. Anyone else seeing this issue with VVM?

iPhone 5, iOS 7

It "works", just when I'm on wifi calling with little to no signal, when a voicemail comes in, the from info is missing and doesn't show who the call is from in the voicemail app. If I close the phone app and reopen it, then it will show the from caller on the vvm. It works fine if I have a cell signal. It's not worked like that in the past, pre ios 10.

    Thanks for the reply.
