Q: ios10
Got an iPhone SE with ios10.
The new messages app doesn't display the stickers for pre owned apps, just the stickers from any new downloads.
Tried:
rebooting the phone
rebooting the app
disabling and re-enabling imessage in settings
Disabled and re-enabled them on the Manage tab of the stickers app
all to no avail. It simply display a single icon for the app where all the stickers are meant to be for that app. I've got 5 apps which say they have stickers and none of them work.
Any suggestions??

I understand that your Stickers app is not showing stickers in any of your pre owned apps. Great way of trying to troubleshoot the issue on your own. Since it still is not working as expected, try uninstalling then re installing the Stickers app and try once more.
Add something from an app to your iMessage
To use an app with Messages:
1. Open Messages, tap , and enter a contact or tap on an existing conversation.
2. Tap , then tap .
3. Tap in the lower-left corner to open the app drawer.
4. Tap the app to open it.
5. If you want to add stickers, drag the stickers to the message bubble. The stickers will automatically send once they're added to the message.
6. If you want to use an app in your message, open it or tap the content you want to add to your message. Then tap to send.
7. Get a message with an iMessage app that you don't have? Just tap the blue name below the app to download it.
Use iMessage apps on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch
These tips should have you adding stickers in no time at all! Thanks for using Apple Support Communities to post your question. Have a nice day.
