Q: App Refund

If I purchase an item online or in a store and I don't like it, then I can return it. Do I have the same facility with Apps I buy? If not, then why not? I should have either a free trial period or a 30 day window to return it.

Because the terms of use policy for the online content stores is "all sales are final." Support staff are known to give one refund per user account, so it is something one should use intelligently.

Thanks, useful to know. Poor customer service though, but I guess that is what comes of serving a captive market.
