Q: 9.3.5 update instead of iOS10

I have iPhone SE with current update 9.3.2. I don't want to install iOs10 yet and wondering how can I install last version of iOS 9.3.5. Let me know how to do it, thank you.

Also having the same dillema. Currently running ios 9.2 and I am really happy with it. Don't want to update to ios 10 just yet, but wondering if an upgrade to 9.3.5 is still possible. I'm worried some apps may require versions above 9.2.

No, the iOS update system inherently will only offer you the choice of the most recent release compatible with your hardware. There is no mechanism to pick and choose a release.  So if your device is compatible with iOS 10.0.1 that is the only iOS release that will be available to you.
