Q: Can't Burn CD from purchased music

I just purchased an album and wanted to burn a CD to use on my CD player in my car. After repeated attempts to burn the disc I see a mssg saying that 13 of the 16 songs are "apple music" and I can't burn a disc?  Is there any reason why I cannot burn the music I downloaded?  I think I should have been told BEFORE I made the purchase.  I already subscribe to the Apple Music service .. why would I purchase the cd since I already have it in my playlist?

    Hi  stitchhappy,

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. Based on what you stated, it seems like you are not able to burn downloaded music from Apple Music to a CD from a Windows computer.
I would recommend you read this article, it has information about the Disc burning overview.

Important:    You can’t burn the following to CDs or DVDs:

    • Movies and TV shows purchased from the iTunes Store

    • Songs or music videos downloaded from Apple Music
