Q: I can get a preordered song

i preordered an album a while ago but it isnt out yet. the artist has released a couple songs ahead of time though. I was able to get the earlier songs, but the one that was released yesterday just says preordered instead of play like the other ones do. ive tried refreshing the apps and restarting my phone but nothing worked. how do I fix this?
