Q: iPhone does not connect to iTunes
Hi I have a iPhone 5c, currently operating on the the latest version on iTunes (PC). Last week I had my iPhone 5c replaced under warranty due to been faulty. Since then my phone is working on the latest operating system (updated 15/09/16). When you plug in the phone to the PC the following error message pops up - ' The iPhone ..... iPhone cannot be used because it requires a newer version of iTunes. Do to www.itunes.com.au to download the latest version of iTunes.' As stated above I am on the latest version, I have never had this problem in the past and have no idea what to do. This is a work phone also I cannot back up to the cloud. Anyone else have the same issue? If so is there a work around or fix?
iPhone 5c, Windows XP, current iPhone iOS10.0.1

You need iTunes version 12.5.1 for a device running iOS 10. It was a new release, depending on when you updated your iTunes. You can get it from the iTunes download page. http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/
