Jul 12, 2016 2:45 PM in response to Fireman701by jmo8801,I have been having this same issue. After an hour on the phone with Apple Support, it was a simple fix. My payment information was outdated and the card on file was no longer active. I simply changed my billing information with the iTunes support center. Not sure if this is everyone else's issue but it's worth a try. Save yourself time and go right to the iTunes billing/support department. Good luck!

Jul 27, 2016 8:18 AM in response to Fireman701by brandydawn86,sometimes is has to do with iTunes and the billing. I would call apple support and ask to speak to iTunes. i know in a lot of cases its about iTunes billing why your apple id has been disabled

If resetting the password and then logging out and back into the account everywhere hasn't fixed it, contact iTunes Support via the 'contact us' link at the bottom right of every page on here
