Q: Get slide-to-unlock back in iOS 10

After I upgraded to iOS 10.0.1 upon notification earlier today. My iPad Air removed the slide-to-unlock option. The only way I can unlock the screen is to press the Home button which I hate.

Many websites indicates that I could get the Slide to Open option back through Setting>Accessibility>Home Button and tap Rest Finger to Open. However, on my iPad, I can't find the Rest Finger to Open to reset this option.

Any suggestions?

    I see it on mine.

I can't see it on the specs, does your model have touch ID? that seems to be what makes the rest finger to open, you use the touch ID to unlock your device. I'm going to guess that without touch id then it can't register anything to work

I also have the original iPad Air and this model has no touch, so "Rest Finger to Open" option will not be available. Finding it absolutely annoying that I need to (a) press the home button, (2) then my passcode, (3) then the home button again.
