Q: How to access music library on my iPad

Hello!

so when I got my new iPad Pro and synced it up with my computer, my music library from my iPhone was on my iPad. But yet the music didn't take up any space, as if it was through iCloud. Now, I do not have Apple music and know that is a way to do that. But I didn't have that, and I was able to use my music library on my iPad without having actually put my library on it and taking up space. Am I missing something?

    Hi, @lanO92,

I'd like to help if you can simplify your question. What exactly is your problem?

Okay, so when I first started using my iPad Pro, my entire music library was present on my iPad. But I never synced my music library through iTunes and it didn't show my music was taking up any space. I wasn't subscribed to to Apple Music but now, ever since I updated my iPad cant access all my music on my iPad. I guess my issue is how to I get this to happen again?

Your music library is synced automatically to your new iOS devices. It doesn't take up any spaces is because you didn't download them, so they will show all the songs you purchased.

And you are fine, it's not a problem here, every iOS user will see the same thing in their Music app.
