Q: iCloud Storage

So I've had photos on my 6s before but then I backed it up and they were on my computer so I had no use for them on my phone any more and removed them; but when I go to Settings > General > Storage & iCloud Usage >iCloud Manage Storage, it says my iCloud Photo Library is using 386.4MB. This really bugs me because this is false and I have no photos at all. I did have videos before but I let the videos upload then I delete them. How do I get rid of the invisible 386.4MB??
