Q: Issue with Memories on Photos
Hi, after installing iOS 10 I've let it do all the syncing the Memories tab required (I have quite a big iCloud photo library - more than 100gb)... At the beginning it appeared to work, but now it's still stuck on three days ago, and the memories are always the same. The date on top is three days ago, and also the "a day to remember" memory is related to that date. Is this normal? Because I suppose it should be up to date, and show me what happened THIS present day, years ago.
Thanks!

I am seeing the memories for two days ago. And all memories are having photos of detected persons as the title. Apple does not say so, but the memories seem to be centered around persons. Did you do something exciting with plenty of photos exactly one year ago? Are there plenty of photos?
This user Guide page confirms that people are important for memories:

Photos scans your photo library for people’s faces and adds the most frequently found faces to the People album. You can assign names to the people Photos finds, add people who appear less frequently, mark people as favorites, and view memories that contain specific people. The more photos you have, the longer the first scan takes.
The automatically created memories need something to trigger them:

Memories can focus on:
- Locations, such as a favorite vacation spot or your neighborhood
- Special events, such as birthdays and holidays
- Scenes, such as the beach or forest
- Pictures of family and friends
