    if you purchased it from the store it is yours as long as you continue to use the ID associated with the purchases

    If it is part of a membership it will end with the cancelation of the membership.

    WWell I have some music purchased from my phone but I cannot play them on my computer or iPad unless I sign up for the music subscription.

    iTunes and Apple Music are two different things. If you cancel Apple Music the music in your subscription is gone from your system, but any Music you purchased through iTunes that were not part of your Apple Music subscription will be available to any device logged in to that iCloud account.
