Making a Book in Photos, how do I get "all pages"?

    Do you mean, how to switch back to viewing all pages, after you  enlarged a page?

    I found no other way back than to enter ⌘5 for the "Projects" view, and then to click the book project to open it in "All Pages" view. There should be a simple keyboard shortcut, but I could not find one.
