Q: Mail (El Capitan) subfolders not moving
Hi everyone,
Having an issue I'm hoping you can help solve.
We use Apple Mail at our company and we're all running the latest version of the software on El Capitan.
We all have individual email addresses, but we keep our emails in an 'info@companyname' mailbox that we all have shared access to. Within this 'info@' mailbox, we have a folder structure like this: 'Projects' > 'Won' > Project X Y Z. On the same level as 'Won' we also have a 'Complete' folder which we tidy completed projects into.
While most folders move happily into the Complete folder when told to do so, we continually find troublesome folders that 'stick' in the 'Won' folder and won't move - has anyone else experienced this / does anyone know how to solve this?
We manually archive all our email folders periodically to ensure space on our mail server, but can't think of another way to address this problem, it seems to be totally sporadic.
Any help gratefully received!

Hello !
When you open mail take your cursor to mail box and click on new mail box folder .
A window appears
So , you formed three smart folders named as Projects , WON , Project X Y Z
if you drag and drop first folder Projects into the middle smart folder WON it will be merged , and in the same way if you drag and drop , third smart mail box Projects X Y Z folder into the middle folder WON it will also merge.
So , the only left folder in mail side bar , that is called MASTER SMART MAIL BOX folder WON .
Thanks !
