Q: iTunes 2.5.1 compatability with Latest Win 10

Need Help-Is iTunes 12.5.1 compatible with the latest version of Win 10 on a PC or not? I aam getting the error that "iTunes has an invalid signature" It then removes the download.

RMB and run as administrator
failing that delete that version and download again.
