Q: No service but provider has run test and Iv been told I have a faulty iPhone... what can be done?

iv had my handset replace back in July... due to no service and battery problem. lately Iv been getting no service again, 'g provider has run test and it turns out that the network itself is absolutely fine, iv been told by my provider the only other thing it could be is that I have a faulty phone... any suggestions what I can do? I'm not sue an upgrade until 26th of February 2017. provider will not replace phone as it wasn't first replaced by them and by Apple.
