Q: "The OS X installation couldn't be completed"
"if you continue having a problem installing OS X, the installation log may help you diagnose the problem. to save the log , click save log. To try installing OS X again, click restart. To startup your computer using a different disk, choose startup disk from the utilities menu."
EVERYTIME I turn on my computer, it begins downloading OS X. It sits there for over an hour wasting my time, only to give me the above message. Im not very tech-savvy. ive tried downloading this thing from restore mode, I tried accessing the normal Internet from safe boot, I've restarted and turned off the darn thing a billion times. it always starts up by making me download OS X. I CANNOT access my account and use my MacBook (15 inch late 2008) normally. What do I do.
months ago, I downloaded OS X onto my MacBook. But recently my laptops been slow so I tried to download OS X again although I already had it.
How can I access my normal account again and use the computer normally again...
MacBook Pro, null
