Q: Phone says Apple ID disabled when trying update apps all information correct
I have been on phone for an hour and noone seems to want to pick up after being transferred.I have case number and everything logs in to store and Apple ID fine. This is attrocious that no one can help or give answers on how to correct this issue. I expect this crap from the VA but not from Apple.

We are fellow users on these forums, not iTunes Support nor Apple, if you want to contact Apple use the 'contact us' link at the bottom right of every page on here.
What have you done to see if you can re-enable the account ? If it’s been disabled for security reasons then resetting the password might fix it : If your Apple ID has been locked - Apple Support
You might then need to log out and back into the account wherever you're using it : What to do after you change your Apple ID email address or password - Apple Support
If that doesn't fix it then contact iTunes Support, either via the 'contact us' link below right, or https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html
