If your Touch ID for some apps stopped working after upgrading your device to iOS 10 and you've already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the applications affected. Try setting up your Touch ID up as new. You can use this link for some helpful tips.

Sep 17, 2016 9:43 PM in response to JayB.by ct_tx,No luck. I am losing the ability to use TouchID as apps update themselves. I have list the ability to use this on most apps now. I really don't want to reset my phone.

Sep 18, 2016 6:42 AM in response to ct_txby JayB.,I understand, if you deleted then set back up the fingerprints after the apps updated and are still having this issue, a restore from backup maybe the best solution, you won't lose any data so long as you crete a backup for your device.
